Using our website is generally possible without providing personal data. As far as personal data will be required on our homepage (e.g. Name, Address or E-Mail-Address), is this always on a voluntary basis. These data will not been provided to third parties without your given consent.
We would like to point out however that data transmission via the Internet (e.g. communicating via E-Mail) may be unsafe. An all-embracing guarantee for data protection against third parties is not possible on the internet.

PB Enterprises is fully aware of the need to protect all data of his Customers in its data files.  Please read carefully our Data Protection Guidelines, in order to be aware how PB Enterprises will use, store and protect your personal data.
This Data protection Guideline shall inform, how we deal with your personal data, when you are a business partner, i.e. a Customer of our Consulting S&T branch or of our P.A.Broß publishing house (retail book trade) or as visitor to our website:

Personal Data in the context of these guidelines are considered to be Name, Surname, postal address, phone numbers, E-Mail-addresses and (in rare cases also) bank account numbers. Only data absolutely necessary for the completion of the business needs will be held and processed, also limiting the access to personal data to those needing to act. The data are only used in the context of already existing business relations and will not be disseminated to any other third party at any time. The data are only held as long as you are a customer of our enterprises.

Your Rights
Right to Access Data subjects outlined by the GDPR have the right to obtain confirmation from PB Enterprises as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed, where and for what purpose. On your request, PB Enterprises will provide a copy of the personal data retained, free of charge, in an electronic format. Data subjects
are entitled to request information from PB Enterprises, how their data are being used.
Right to be forgotten
, also known as Data Erasure This right entitles the data subject to have PB Enterprises to erase his/her personal data, cease any dissemination of the data, and potentially have third parties halt processing of the data. The conditions for erasure include the data no longer being relevant to the original purposes for processing, or the data subject withdrawing consent. You may withdraw consent in the usage of your data, request alteration or erasure. In that case you may address your request directly to the Data Protection Officer.
Breach Notification PB Enterprises will notify all his Customers concerned within 72 hours after they have become aware of a data breach, if that breach is likely to “result in a risk for the rights and freedoms of individuals”.
